ReplyDeleteI could not find the three cups of tea blog.
Also, I didnt finish the first quarter of the book. This book is kind of hard for me to take in. Its very slow and I dont understand why they are stressing the character the book is about has to do with his mountain climbing experience. I didnt like how the narrator isnt Mortenson. Its just generally confusing to me as to what is happening,
I havent found a quote I thought was meaningful either. I might want to abandon this book if I can.
---I have read Ender's Game it is a very good book, I never finished it but I really loved it. I love the fact that they are children soldiers in space and the futuristic computer games simulate war (and Ender cracked the system). My favorite room in their ship is the battle room. My favorite character is Bean (I read his book too; Speaker of the Dead), Bean is very small and he is very smart, especially street smart. Also, he has an amazing memory, he remembered being born and being a few months old and living in a toilet but you'd have to read the book its so good!!
